The Wooster Fire Department visited our school on October 9. We learned so much about fire safety as well as what firemen do and the equipment they use to keep us safe. Below are some pictures with Asher's dad. He is a fireman! He is teaching us about the rescue fire truck. It helps people who have had a wreck.
After learning about the rescue truck we got to see the smoke house. We went inside and learned about what we would do if our houses ever caught on fire. We practiced what we had learned when a real fire alarm went off inside the smoke house because of some pretend smoke. We went to our meeting spot and review all we had learned.
